General Description

SAC3036 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die which operates between 3GHz~6.5GHz. The amplifier can provide 20dB gain, 15.5dBm Output P-1dB and 2.8dB noise figure from a 5V supply voltage.  The chip offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. This amplifier is the perfect alternative to higher cost hybrid amplifiers.
