General Description

SAC3015 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die which operates between 2.0GHz~8.0GHz. The amplifier can provide 28.5dB gain, 16.5dBm Output P-1dB and 2.3dB noise figure from 85mA supply current.   The chip offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. This amplifier is the perfect alternative to higher cost hybrid amplifiers.
